This cements China not only as the world\u2019s second-largest economy but also as a cornerstone of global trade stability.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"6394\" data-end=\"6742\"><strong data-start=\"6394\" data-end=\"6462\">From Defense to Offense: China Moves Beyond \u201cReactive Diplomacy\u201d<\/strong><br data-start=\"6462\" data-end=\"6465\" \/>The statement reads, \u201cChina does not provoke trouble, but it is not afraid of it\u201d \u2014 a clear message that Beijing will not sit idly by. Its response goes beyond condemnation and includes a firm pledge to take \u201cresolute measures\u201d to defend its sovereignty and economic interests.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"6744\" data-end=\"6929\">But what are these measures? Will Beijing impose retaliatory tariffs? Yet the zero-sum mindset driving Washington today seems to reflect deeper political ambitions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"8212\" data-end=\"8326\"><strong data-start=\"8212\" data-end=\"8326\">Is Washington trying to curb China\u2019s ascent \u2014 even at the cost of dismantling the very system it helped build?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"8328\" data-end=\"8504\">With the world grappling with major shifts \u2014 war in Ukraine, energy market upheaval, and the rise of new blocs like BRICS+ \u2014 U.S. policy appears more confrontational than ever.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"8506\" data-end=\"8813\"><strong data-start=\"8506\" data-end=\"8547\">Conclusion: Who Will Hold the Future?<\/strong><br data-start=\"8547\" data-end=\"8550\" \/>China\u2019s statement ends with a poignant message: \u201cDimming others\u2019 lights won\u2019t make yours shine brighter.\u201d This may capture the essence of the current battle: a clash between those building a partnership-based global order and those clinging to unipolar dominance.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"8815\" data-end=\"8973\">But, as China reminds us, history does not move backwards.
